How to prepare for my cleaning

 - Sweeper must be available and in working condition

- No dishes in sink

 - Pick up/tidy up 

- Toilet brush by at least 1 toilet 

- Put important documents/valuables away 

- Move furniture away from walls if you want it cleaned behind 

- Notify us of any loose fixtures/shelving 

- Cluttered areas will be cleaned around


We accept all major forms of payment: Checks, Cash, and Venmo 

($30 fee for returned. checks)

- Laundry 

- Dishes 

- Closets

-Extremely cluttered homes

- Extensive grout cleaning (may need to call a grout specialist) 

- Climb higher than a 2-step ladder 

- Clean delicate chandeliers or take lighting apart

- Wash TVs (dust only) 

- Open windows 

- Clean outside windows

- Move furniture/appliances 

- Clean pet waste/bug infestations/rodents 

- Clean unfinished basements 

- Wash  walls 

- Garages

- Clean under low furniture and beds

Cancellation Policy

How to prepare for my cleaning

Cancellation Policy

 - Minimum 24-hour notice 

– $50 per cleaner 

- After 3 cancellations or rescheduled appointments, we may not be able to put you on our schedule 

- If locked out, 50% of the cleaning cost will be charged; allow a 15-minute grace period 

- In the event of severe weather, we do our best to reschedule to the earliest availability 

-An unsafe working environment will result in a charge of 50% of the service price (i.e., blood, human waste, pet waste, pest infestation, needles, heavily soiled toilets, unsecured firearms, drugs, unfriendly pets, no heat/electricity/water, derogatory/unkind language towards staff).

Damage: Unfortunately, accidents can happen. Damage must be reported within 12 hours of service.
